We work with IP and analogue cameras from recognised brands, sized for the site: realistic night-time range, resistance to rain and dust, and storage calculated for the number of days the client needs to keep. Remote access is set up on the phone and computer before we leave the site.

Frequently asked questions
CCTV Camera Installation — common questions
Can I view the cameras on my phone?
Yes. We set up remote access on phone and computer, and show your team how to use it. We also create users with different permissions, so nobody has to share the administrator password.
How many days of recording will I get?
It depends on the number of cameras, the resolution and the drive capacity. We tell you how many days the proposed system holds, and what it would cost to extend that.
Do the cameras work at night?
Yes. The cameras we install have infrared night vision. In the survey we state the realistic range for each position, which is always shorter than the figure on the box.
Do I need internet for the system to work?
Local recording works without internet. Internet is only needed for remote access and alerts. If the connection drops, the system keeps recording.
Do you maintain systems installed by someone else?
Yes, provided the equipment is from an identifiable brand and in working order. We assess it first and tell you honestly what is worth keeping and what should be replaced.
Do you install in homes and residential estates?
Yes. We work with companies, institutions and homes, with each project sized for the site.
